Mas d'Agamas Baies Choisies - 2021

The robe is purple, and the reflection purplish-blue. At first, the nose is dominated by hints of spice and garrigue, before giving way to more pronounced notes of liquorice and black fruits, and to subtle woody touches. The attack phase delivers a round taste with silky tannins, while the finish is all about finesse, with mixed aromas of ripe fruit and spices.
This wine will make a perfect match to cold or hot meats and mature cheese for tastings. While it is already pleasant at its young age, a few years down in the cellar will all but enhance its taste. Do not forget to open the bottle slightly in advance for optimal savouring. Recommended temperature – around 16°.
