Cave La Roquière Roque’N’Rolle – 2023 Organic 🌿

This cooperative's mission since 1925, is to enhance the quality of its wines while respecting the environment. La Rouquière is working with more than 50 winegrowers (almost half of them are young women!) which are all proud to be certified sustainable and organic. All together these winegrowers own 455 hectares and produce 30 000HL. Crafted with passion and expertise, the wine from this cooperative is a celebration of elegance. 

This Rolle, also called Vermentino in Italy, has a very floral and intense nose, with some hints of banana. On the mouth, we have a great rounded texture coming from the short maceration on the skin with flavours of white fruits such as pear and quince. It is the perfect wine to pair with grilled fish, seafood.
