Victor Rousse La Sirène Blanche - 2023

La Sirène Blanche comes from a terroir of clay and limestone, from vines around thirty years old on a beautiful hillside in Beaumont en Véron. This white limestone is perfectly suited to the ripening of Chenin Blanc. The vines are harvested by hand. The grapes are pressed directly, and vinified slowly and cold to enhance the aromas. The wine is kept in concrete vats for 6 months, using indigenous yeasts and no additions to preserve the character of the terroir
