Domaine Patrice Chevrier Morgon "Le Pérou" - 2020

Le Pérou is a parcel-based cuvée, made from a selection of parcels acquired by the Chevrier family in 2019. A longer maceration than their classic Morgon cuvées and partial maturation in a half muid (500 litre oak barrel) brings an originality to this cuvée.  A powerful wine, with a deep purple colour and nice roundness, flavours of candied cherries and kirsch.
