Calvados from "La ferme du Ponctey", our well knowned cider producer.

Their family have been growing apples in Normandie one the "Pays de la Risle" since more thane 25 years. Their eaux-de-vie is produced from different species of apple & distilled with a still alembic column heated by open fire before oak ageing.

Old wood is used for 10 years maturation resulting in a mellow, fruit forward spirit
