Domaine Wilfrid Rousse Les Pieds Rôtis - 2023

Produced from a 3-hectare plot in the commune of Thizay, known as Les Pieds Rôtis, a great terroir for chenin blanc. A nose of white-fleshed fruit and very fine minerality. Round on the palate, with notes of white peach and an acidity that lengthens the finish. Absolutely brilliant!
