Domaine de Petit Roubié, L'Arbre Rouge - 2020 Organic 🌿
After a long fermentation and maceration, this wine is matured in oak barrels for 12 months. It is a rich, full-bodied wine that pairs beautifully with charcuterie, grilled beef steak, or even a vegetarian parmigiana.
On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe blackberries and black plum, complemented by spices like clove and nutmeg, along with notes of charred wood and smoke. The palate is rich and smooth, with excellent structure and perfectly integrated oak. This wine has an aging potential of up to 10 years.
