Domaine de Petit Roubié, L'Arbre Blanc - 2019 Organic 🌿

This is a blend of highly aromatic grape varieties, fermented and aged in oak barrels for added texture and complexity.

On the nose, it’s intense and layered, with aromas of ripe apricot, vanilla, butterscotch, brioche, and white flowers. The palate is rich and waxy, with a long, satisfying finish. An incredible wine that pairs beautifully with white fish dishes in sauce or stands alone wonderfully as an apéritif.
