Domaine de Petit Roubié, Clapotis Rouge - 2022 Organic 🌿

Domaine de Petit Roubié owns 80 hectares and has been certified organic since 1985! They are deeply committed to protecting biodiversity and local species.

Clapotis Rouge is fermented at low temperatures with a short maceration to preserve fresh fruit aromas, creating a vibrant, fruit-forward red wine. On the nose, it reveals aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, thyme, liquorice, and a hint of white pepper. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated.
