Château La Confession - 2016
Château La confession’s 7.5 hectares of clay-limestone soils lie upon a fine slope. After a double sorting of the grapes to select only the best grapes, the vinification take place in small wooden open vats. The wine is aged in oak barrel (50% New oak and 50% one wine old barrels) for 6 months. This St-Émilion Grand Cru is deep, graceful, and voluptuous. On the the palate, rich red and ripe black fruits with a velvety texture and a remarkable length.
