Sourced from a parcel of vines on the plateau of La Chatalienne from clay and chalk soils, this white Burgundy is fresh, with balanced acidity tempered by a bit of weight. Judicious use of oak adds structure while preserving the wine’s delicate aromas and flavours. The mouthfeel is generous and lush, with underlying minerality throughout and a long, fruit-dominated finale.
