This Vermentino, Pays d'Oc, is from the vineyards on stony soils which are poor in nutrients and give intense, concentrated wine.

On the nose, there are lemon peel, lemon zest and peach aromas. On the palate a lovely saline minerality, which will pair perfectly with shellfish and fish.
