Château de Respide Blanc - 2023

White blend emblematic from Respide vineyard, composed of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Coming from plots with a sandy and light soil, this wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks protected from oxygen in order to preserve at best its freshness and fruitiness during tasting.

Showing a pale-yellow color with green sheen, the wine offers a nose made of citrus fruits, crunchy fruits, and white flowers. The palate is tasty and refreshing, ideal for appetizer or to start a meal. Stored on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and Bottling takes place between 6 and 8 months after harvest.
