Francois Sehedic was honored by the French Ministry of Agriculture with the prestigious “Prix d’Excellence” award for the quality of their production: honoring centuries-old traditions of cider-making in the Brittany region of France, they use only traditional apple varieties, all grown in the 3 apple orchards of the 18-hectare estate, with no sugar, water, or S02 added. The bouquet is earthy and deep, with rich undertones. First notes are spicy and bittersweet, with cinnamon, pear, ginger, and orange zest weaving their way into the complex palate.
