Domaine du Galet des Papes Châteauneuf-du-pape Tradition Rouge - 2019

This wine is from old vines (50 years old), the grapes are carefully picked and selected by hands. After fermentation, the wine is aged in large oak barrels between 6 and 8 months.

Elegantly rich and full-bodied, it reveals refined notes of licorice intertwined with the aromatic essence of Provence garrigue. Crafted from a harmonious blend of five grape varieties, the Tradition 2019 achieves a perfect balance, combining freshness with a voluptuous, velvety texture.

Ready to be savoured now, yet with the structure to age gracefully for several years. A superb example of refined winemaking.
