This AOP Minervois has a nose of red fruits and sweet spices with a hint of smokiness. On the palate the wine is rounded with smooth tannins. It has a great intensity and spicy notes. The finish is particularly pleasant with a sapidity which makes it a great foodie wine. It will pair with vegetable dishes with mushrooms, duck or beef.
