Visan appellation itself covers 500 hectares of vineyards and these are mostly sited on rocky soils with a high concentration of limestone.

This Côtes du Rhône Villages with Syrah dominant over Grenache shows good intensity on the nose with red fruits, notes of leather and blackcurrant. Full-bodied, this wine will pair perfectly with red meat, game and cheese.

Domain des Lauribert based in Visan in the Southern Rhone have a long history of grape growing, and in 1997 formed a team and started vinifying themselves.
Lauribert’s name is assembled like quality wine, from letters from the first names of family members: Laurent, Marie and Robert.
