Domaine des Boucs Grand-Pré Fleurie - 2023 Organic 🌿

This Fleurie, by Antoine & Etienne Chevrier is made of grapes from only the Lieu-dit “Grand-Pré” which is in the south of Fleurie. The soils are a mix of deep and very deep pink granite, the reason of the elegance and minerality in Fleurie. This organic 100% Gamay, fruity, delicate. On the nose, lot of floral notes, Iris, violet, rose with fresh red berries. The palate is elegant and refined.
