Domaine Stella Nova owns now, around 10ha with an exceptional diversity of terroirs, and grape varieties all in Biodynamic viticulture. This diversity and the respect of natural wine production give birth to unique wines. This blend of Grenache Gris and Terret Blanc is a dry, refreshing white “Petillant Naturel”. A lot of citrusy notes on the nose and refreshing fine bubbles on the palate.
