Cave La Roquière Rouge – 2023 Organic 🌿

This cooperative's mission since 1925, is to enhance the quality of its wines while respecting the environment. La Rouquière is working with more than 50 winegrowers (almost half of them are young women!) which are all proud to be certified sustainable and organic. All together these winegrowers own 455 hectares and produce 30 000HL. Crafted with passion and expertise, the wine from this cooperative is a celebration of elegance. 

This 100% Merlot is fermented at low temperature to preserve all the fresh primary aromas. This is a great Merlot for everyday drinking that will pair perfectly with your red meat-based dishes, charcuterie board as also your summer salads. It has a lot of vibrant red fruits flavours like red currant, strawberry, red cherry and red plum. Enjoy!
