Domaine Pujol Les Ailes Imaginaires, Minervois - 2023 Organic 🌿

This AOP Minervois has on the nose some red fruits and sweet spices with a hint of smokiness.
On the palate, the wine is rounded with smooth tannins. It has great intensity.
The finish is particularly pleasant which makes it a great food wine. 
It will pair with vegetable dishes with mushrooms, duck or beef.
