Domaine Mas d'Espanet Eolienne Blanc - 2021 Biodynamic 🌘

Straw yellow in colour. Aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, peach and spices. Fresh and refreshing on the palate. 
All the freshness of the terroir is in this cuvée. The white varieties of grapes are planted on the coolest areas on the estate. Eolienne’s aromatic, mineral character makes it a pleasant wine for everybody. Aged in oak barrel for a year.
