This Valençay is a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Côt (Malbec). It is a light bodied wine with a lot of floral aromas (violet, lilac) and some hints of spices. This wine is unoaked to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. It will pair perfectly with a charcuterie board or a chicken based dish. 13% abv
