With its second fermentation in the bottle, this Méthode Traditionnelle, made by Jean-Louis Bossard, is an excellent alternative to Champagne.

On the nose, it offers notes of fresh, crisp green apple complemented by delicate white flower and mineral aromas. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and delicate, leading to a pleasant and persistent finish.
