Champagne Pierre Gobillard Blanc de Noirs Brut - NV

This 100% Pinot Noir won the Silver Medal DECANTER 2021!

The bubbles are fine and persistent. The nose is pure and fresh with delicates aromas of white flowers, apple and pear. The mouth is full bodied and very well balanced with notes of tart berries such as gooseberries, and yuzu. The beautiful fresh and slightly floral finish (white flowers, violets) gives a very nice length to this Champagne. 

A perfect mineral champagne for an aperitif or to pair with fish and seafood.
