This 100% Merlot is fermented at low temperature to preserve all its fresh primary aromas. It's an excellent everyday drinking Merlot that will pair perfectly with your red meat dishes, charcuterie platter and summer salads. It features many vibrant red fruit flavours such as red currant, strawberry, red cherry and red plum. Bon appétit!

Since 1925, the cooperative's mission has been to enhance the quality of its wines while respecting the environment. La Roquière works with over 50 winegrowers (almost half of whom are young women!), all of whom are proud to be certified in integrated and organic farming. In total, these winegrowers own 455 hectares and produce 30,000HL. Crafted with passion and know-how, the wines of this cooperative are a celebration of elegance.
