Online booking slots will be available for every Friday and Saturday evening
at 6:00 pm for groups of 2 or more.
The experience includes snacks, information on each producer and guided tasting through a flight of 6 wines as well as a discount on any bottles tried during the tasting so, if there’s something you love, you can take a discounted bottle or two home with you!

Organic, Biodynamic, Natural wines ?
Organic or biodynamic? Skin contact? Carbonic maceration? The world of natural and low intervention wines is one where technique and terroir are combined to produce wines of an altogether different style that doesn’t shy away from what traditional vignerons have been taught to avoid. This doesn’t mean it’s intuitive though and often the overlap with so called ‘traditional’ wines isn’t clear. This session will introduce you to several different techniques, processes and styles and give you everything you need to know to understand the basics of contemporary French winemaking.
